随着SWITCH-Asia“培训培训师”项目组和上海市浦东新区房地产行业协会合作更加密切，双方于近期正式签署合作备忘。
2011年是双方从互信了解到展开一系列合作的第三年。4月，为了响应政府关于外墙节能材料的防火新规定，协会和项目组举办了“岩棉薄抹灰外墙外保温系统”理论和实践培训；4月的培训获得了热烈反响，协会顺势而为，协助项目在7月再次举办岩棉系统的培训。
在新的合作备忘录的框架下，双方的合作将更常态化、系统化，促成更有效的政策解读和执行，能效意识的提高以及建筑节能理念和技术的传播。

项目背景：
作为欧盟资助项目，SWITCH-Asia“培训培训师”旨在通过和中国的建筑公司，房地产开发企业，建筑师和设计师，监理单位，建材企业和相关政府机构分享欧洲节能技术，节能标准，施工技能，促进中国的建筑节能和可持续发展。培训是项目最重要的活动之一，着重适合冬冷夏热气候区域的技术，常规的理论培训以外，更侧重于实践培训，改变人们传统的关注建材忽视施工技术的观念。
Third MoU with Industry Association Signed
Further to its recurrent cooperation with the Project’s training sessions, the Shanghai Pudong New Area Real Estate Association signed a Memorandum of Understanding with, “Train the trainers” on August 4th.
2011 marks the third year since the initial dialogue and the ensuing cooperation activities between the SWITCH-Asia Project “Train the trainers” and the Shanghai Pudong New Area Real Estate Association.
The latest joint activity took place in July when “Train the trainers” provided ad-hoc training to real estate developers as requested by the Association, further to the successful Project training to real estate developers in April 2011.
Under the framework of the new MoU, both sides will strengthen the on-going cooperation on the awareness-raising, training and lobby activities.
